  12. Get 180 gm of Smoked Bacon Lardons.

  14. Use 2 tbsp of chopped Coriander.
  15. You need of S&P.

Instructions to make Cuban Chicken & Rice:

  1. Season chicken & fry in hot pan till browned on both sides. Set aside.
  2. Add onions & Bacon & cook for 5 mins..
  3. Add herbs & spices fry for 1 min then add vinegar & cook till evaporated..
  4. Add rice cook dry for 1 min. Add stock & bring to the boil. Add chicken, peppers & beans. Cover & cook for 15/20 mins till rice is cooked. Be careful not to overcook..
  5. Remove from heat add zest, juice & herbs season to taste & serve..
